1. Platform Scope
VoiceIQ provides configurable AI tools including AI Receptionist, AI Appointment Setter, AI Booking Assistant, AI Customer Service, AI Client Support, and AI Tech Support. Each tool may use different backend logic, prompt rules, and integrations.
2. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for securing login credentials and API keys.
- You must configure compliant call disclosures and consent flows where required by law.
- You are responsible for validating prompts and behavior before production use.
3. Integrations
The platform supports telephony and AI integrations (including Twilio and model providers). You are responsible for third-party account usage charges and compliance with each provider’s terms.
Prompt optimization for multi-tool orchestration is currently under development and may return informational status responses.
4. Acceptable Use
- No abusive, deceptive, or unlawful use of AI agents.
- No use in violation of consumer protection, telecom, or privacy regulations.
- No prompt or workflow configuration intended to impersonate people unlawfully.
5. Service Availability
VoiceIQ may update features, backend profiles, and documentation to improve reliability and safety. Planned and emergency maintenance may affect availability.
